Bob Blackman MP attended Pinner Bridge Club on Monday 15th August to take part in the minibridge sessions which are being run for young players. The group is run by Trupti Shah of Middlesex CBA, and introduces youngsters to bridge through minibridge, a fun, simplified version of the game which teaches some of the aspects of card play and defence which are found in the 'full version' of bridge.

Mr Blackman is Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Bridge, and is keen to support the introduction of bridge and minibridge into more schools. EBED is working with schools, and County Youth Officers, to establish bridge or minibridge classes wherever there is the demand. If you would like to set up such a group, then please contact us.
